CNA training to LVN Programs

Many CNAs who choose to undergo additional education and training to become LVNs. LVN training programs can be found at many colleges and vocational schools. Many LVN training program does not require CNAs to take basic nursing courses, which means that a long time to complete them. CNA to LVN training programs have the same settlement terms as normal LVN training program.
