CNA training to LVN Programs
Many CNAs who choose to undergo additional education and training to become LVNs. LVN training programs can be found at many colleges and vocational schools. Many LVN training program does not require CNAs to take basic nursing courses, which means that a long time to complete them. CNA to LVN training programs have the same settlement terms as normal LVN training program. However, programs like CNA to LVN program at Monroe County Community College two hours automatically give credit to the CNAs of the 38 they need to complete the program. CNA to LVN program usually takes one year full-time study to complete. After completing the LVN CNA program, students are eligible to take NCLEX-PN exam to certify as a LVN.
